• Commercial management services – Provision of Contracts Specialists and Chartered Quantity Surveyors for resources and construction industries . • Implementation of strategic forms of contracts for sourcing of effective contractors / suppliers in order to meet the organisational and project KPIs. • Advise the clients on alternative cost and procurement strategies and advanced project economics applications in order to develop business solutions. • Implementation of pre-contract procurement strategies for major projects from study phase to contracts execution, including preparation of contracts plans, tender documents, invitations to tenderers, tender openings, tender evaluations, coordination of project stakeholders and negotiations with tenderers, recommendation for award, preparation, award and execution of contracts for successful contractors/suppliers. • Comprehensive post-contract management services for major projects including assessment of payment claims, final accounts, contractual correspondence, facilitating stakeholders meetings, negotiations and assessment of variations, delay and disruption claims, maintaining and updating cost data to monitor the budget, monitoring performance of work under contracts, maintaining bank grantees and insurances, liaising with legal consultants and insurance experts and project management team and contractors throughout the construction process until achieving the practical / final completion and contractual close out. • Undertake full-time site-based roles representing both Clients’ and Contractors’ organisations, particularly for Civil works, Road Construction, SMP and E&I packages in Australia
